By accessing or using Chaicreator.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Chaicreator.ai is an AI-powered advertising platform that allows Shopify merchants to generate ad concepts, scripts, images and short-form video ads from product URLs.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates any law.
- Create misleading, fraudulent, harmful, hateful or explicit advertisements.
- Reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the platform or its APIs.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service’s operation.
5. Subscriptions and credits
Some features require a paid subscription or consumption of credits. Fees are billed in advance according to the plan you select. Credits may expire based on the terms shown at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your product data and any original content you provide. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service. Generated outputs are provided for your commercial use subject to your active subscription and these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaicreator.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee that every generated output will be suitable for publication.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
